Commercial real estate.
Complex situations. Clear judgment.
Debt and legal complexity require an operator's understanding of the underlying property.
Understand the asset.
Then solve for the outcome.
AGIMANO brings a commercial real estate perspective to distressed debt, restructuring, and special situations. We evaluate the interaction between collateral value, cash flow, capital needs, and the rights and priorities that shape each transaction.
Our focus includes loan acquisitions, foreclosures, bankruptcies, litigation, and unfinished or transitional properties. We look beyond the immediate dislocation to determine what can realistically be preserved, improved, or resolved.
Three questions guide our work.
What is the asset worth?
Assess sustainable cash flow, leasing, capital expenditures, market position, and realistic disposition values.
What constrains recovery?
Understand debt obligations, stakeholder alignment, operating weaknesses, and litigation or enforcement issues.
What is executable?
Build a strategy around available capital, legal process, realistic timelines, and measurable operating priorities.
